1. Using AuraSync

• AuraSync provides a browser extension that enhances chat experiences with floating avatars, reactions, and related features.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use AuraSync.
• Do not misuse AuraSync: no reverse engineering, no unauthorized reselling, and no attempts to disrupt service.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

• Some features are free. Premium features require a valid subscription or license code.
• Subscriptions are managed through our payment provider (Stripe).
• You agree to provide accurate information when subscribing.

3. Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy for details.

4. Third-Party Platforms

• AuraSync integrates with third-party AI websites (e.g., Character.AI, JanitorAI, etc.).
• AuraSync is not responsible for any content, behavior, or policies of those platforms.
• Your interactions remain subject to the terms of each third-party platform.

5. Liability

• AuraSync is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• AuraSync is not liable for damages arising from your use of the extension.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the extension.
